The scenery for Rossini’s La Cenerentola, designed by MO Director of Production, Sheldon Johnson, is inspired by Mid-century modern (Modernist) Architecture. Through visual presentation and conversation, architecture Jason Robbins and Sheldon Johnson will discuss Winnipeg’s strong connection with the Mid-century modern movement, an overview of the ideas behind this period of architecture, and insight into how the period inspired the design for our production.
