De Luca's At Home 2020

Enjoy dinner delivered to your home, with ingredients for a cook along pasta. Begins at 6:30pm via zoom. Dinner for $65. The evening will consist of a live cooking demo, an operatic performance, and table group break-out time. (Deliveries made within the City of Winnipeg.)

Pasta with Italian Sausage, Crushed Tomatoes, Saffron, Fresh Basil (items prepped and to be cooked during live demo)

Entrée Choices •Chicken Stuffed with Goat Cheese & Roasted Peppers (pre made to re-heat) or •Polenta with Wild Mushrooms (pre made-ready to bake)

Dessert •Lemon Basil Tart with sour cherry coulis (pre made)
